Internships

Pachamama Peruvian Arts offers student interns the unique opportunity to work directly with New York’s Peruvian immigrant community. Depending on the student’s skills and interests, internship assignments may include the following:
On-site:
  • Project coordination.
  • Teacher’s aide.
  • Production assistant for concerts and events.
Off-site:
  • Publicity and promotion coordination.
  • Development of educational materials.
  • Website development and more.
All on-site internships require interns to be present at 33-16 79th St, at Garden School, Queens during classes each Friday from 6-9pm, and during rehearsals and concerts. Some internships may include a travel stipend. Interns should be available for at least one semester.
